It’s never been easier to tick chores off your list! Just sign up and follow these 3 easy steps.

1. DROP OFF

First, place your items into any Smart Locker. Keep them safe by entering any 4-digit code into the keypad, then turning the knob to lock it. If you find yourself staring blankly at the locker, confused as to why you’re even there, good news: there are handy guides in every location that take you through the process step-by-step.

2. PLACE ORDER

For your first order, use the Smart Locker app or our website to place an order and let us know who you are. After the first time, there’s no need to place an order, as we check the lockers every weekday.

We will take care of everything from there. But if you’re feeling a little separation anxiety, don’t worry, we send you photo updates during the process.

3. PICK UP

Typically, we will return your items within 3 business days (unless a task requires a little extra love). When your first order is back, you will receive your unique ID tag, which lets us know what items are yours for future orders. You’ll also receive a Smart Locker garment bag, which is yours to keep and reuse. When your order is ready to be picked up we will email you to let you know in what locker your garments are, your 4-digit access code, and your final bill.

When you receive that email, you can pick up your clothing from the locker anytime. Bonus: you’ll still feel the satisfaction of accomplishment despite the little effort you put in!
